Moon Of Liberty Golf – USPGA Championship

USPGA Championship

American Jimmy Walker has won his first major seeing off a challenge from Australian World number 1 Jason Day at Baltusrol. Walker has parred every hole at the turn but birdies at the 10th and 11th, sinking a 30 foot put to do so, opened up a lead over the field. Walker scored another birdie at the 17th to move 14 under however Jason day responded with an eagle at the 17th to move within one. Day though hit the rough from his tee shot at the 18th meaning Walker just had to play safe gold at the final hole to win the tournament, which he did. Daniel Summerhays finished third while British Open Champion Henrik Stenson fell away in the final round to finish six shots off the pace.
