African Cup – Namibia v Zimbabwe

Namibia secured their 3rd African Cup win in a row with a comfortable 60-22 win over Zimbabwe in Windhoek. Johan Tromp scored two of the nine tries Theuns Kotze scored 15 points with the boot. Namibia took control from the start and did not concede a point in the first half going in 20-0 up at the break. Zimbabwe did get some consolation in the second half but Nambia put Zimbabwe to the sword moving over 50 and then hitting 60 points before the end. Zimbabwe have lost all three of their games and will be relegated to the 2nd tier in the next cycle. Namibia continue to be the best Rugby Union side in Africa by some distance.
